Job summary

Kintyre Lodge Aged Care Home in Dubbo is seeking a Care Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the clinical care team, delivering person-centred care. You will inspire and educate staff, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with aged care standards to support accreditation under the Aged Care Act.

To be considered, you will have a minimum of 4 years’ RN experience in aged care, current AHPRA registration, and strong knowledge of ANACC, care planning, and auditing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as an RN within aged care.
• Current AHPRA registration and knowledge of ANACC.
• Ability to lead and educate clinical teams to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage care teams, ensuring optimal staffing and performance.
