Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Facility Manager in Dubbo to oversee daily operations of a 70-bed aged care facility, delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You will lead clinical and administrative teams, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster community relationships to support residents and staff.

The role offers a competitive salary of $170k plus super, not-for-profit salary packaging, and career development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration with relevant industry experience.
• 3 years experience in a Facility Management role.
• Knowledge of aged care regulatory standards and AN-ACC funding.
• Proven leadership and experience managing teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Management, Nursing, or related fields preferred.
• Up-to-date vaccinations and criminal history check.

You will manage clinical, administrative, and operational functions, including staff performance, budget control, and regulatory compliance, all aligned with aged care standards. Your role will also involve maintaining community relationships and driving continuous service improvements.

Requirements:
