BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Dubbo invites applications for a Care Team Manager role at Kintyre Lodge Aged Care Home. You will lead the day-to-day clinical care team, ensuring person-centred care and compliance with aged care standards.

This full-time, max-term position offers opportunities to mentor staff, drive quality improvements, and support complex care needs, including palliative and dementia care, within a supportive Christian values-based workplace.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years' experience as an RN in aged care.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Knowledge of ANACC, care planning, aged care standards and auditing.
• Ability to provide management and leadership which develops trust in staff.
• Understanding of complex care needs including palliative and dementia care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage care teams, ensuring optimal staffing and performance.
• Oversee clinical care, including assessments and care plans, with regulatory compliance.
• Promote continuous improvement through quality initiatives and risk management.
• Mentor and educate staff to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
• Ensure accreditation standards and relevant legislation are met.
