Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking casual and permanent part-time Disability Support Workers in Capalaba and surrounding suburbs. You’ll help people live independently and participate in daily activities, with duties including meals, cleaning, community access, appointments, medication support, and mobility assistance.

Training is provided and there are opportunities for permanent rosters. We value a passion for people, excellent customer service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and great customer service.
• Commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
• Excellent listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
• This could include: Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks, supporting someone to get out into the community, attending appointments or social activities, medication support, and assisting with mobility (including hoists where required).

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Capalaba and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
