Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life invites compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers on the Gold Coast. We offer casual and permanent part-time roles to help people live independently and participate in meaningful activities.

No two days are the same: you’ll support with meals, daily tasks, community activities, transportation, and occasional mobility assistance, with training provided and a focus on person-centred care.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• Commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support someone to get out into the community.
• Attend appointments or social activities.
• Provide medication support.
• Assist with mobility (including hoists where required).

What you will be doing
