This casual role offers an hourly rate of 35.28–38.26 AUD, with salary packaging, the option to upskill to Medication Competent CSE, access to fully funded vocational training, birthday leave, and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of aged care legislation and regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respect resident rights, dignity and choice by understanding their story and tailoring routines.
• Support mobility and personal hygiene according to resident needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to address underlying causes of changed behaviours and provide appropriate interventions.
• Model Fresh Hope Communities’ values in all interactions with staff, stakeholders and residents.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-engagement team culture focused on resident-centred care.
