Job summary

Lutheran Services in Caboolture, QLD is seeking a part-time Service Coordinator to support St Paul’s Aged Care with administration, occupancy management, and workforce coordination. The role includes stakeholder engagement, admissions processes, and governance support to ensure smooth day-to-day service operations.

You will work closely with the Service Manager, oversee recruitment coordination, training compliance, and financial administration to support occupancy targets and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior admin or service coordinating roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with financial administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Administration Team to foster collaboration.
• Coordinate workforce administration and staff onboarding including training.
• Manage enquiries, tours, admissions, waiting lists and CRM to support occupancy targets.
• Build relationships with hospitals, referral partners and local networks.
• Prepare operational, occupancy, compliance and financial reports.
