Fresh Hope Communities seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver holistic care for residents, prioritising health, wellbeing and community connection to support changing needs. Based at Clelland Lodge, North Nowra, NSW, you’ll join a dedicated team across PM and Night shifts.

You’ll provide care per Aged Care Standards, lead care staff, coordinate medications, and participate in ongoing training. Current AHPRA registration and a minimum of three years RN experience are essential; sponsorship is not

Qualificações

• Aged care nursing experience is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations in aged care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the highest standard of care for residents.
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care and case management.
• Ensure effective nursing processes from entry to exit.
• Lead and coordinate care staff and administer medications.
• Coach staff to maintain high-quality care and address knowledge gaps.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
