Job summary

The City of Playford is seeking a dedicated quality, compliance and grant-funded aged care specialist to help deliver services that keep older residents connected and thriving. You will support continuous improvement and collaborate with staff, volunteers and contractors to ensure high standards and compliance with funding requirements.

Reporting to the Manager - Positive Ageing, you will analyse performance data, develop procedures, and partner to shape sustainable programs that meet community

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, community services, quality management or related field.
• Knowledge of aged care, grant funding requirements and the Aged Care Act.
• Experience leading or supporting a team, including volunteers.
• Analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Qualifications in Aged Care, Community Services, Business or Quality Management.
• Experience with local government processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of grant-funded aged care services.
• Provide advice and support to staff, volunteers and contractors for compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement using feedback and data.
• Monitor, analyse and report on service performance data.
• Support data accuracy, reviews, accreditation and procedures.
• Partner with Manager to develop sustainable programs responsive to needs.
• Build relationships with community members, funding bodies and stakeholders.
