Job summary

Redstone Recruitment seeks a Quality & Education Coordinator for an aged care provider in Warragul, Victoria. You will own quality, compliance and education initiatives across a medium-sized residential home and outreach community services.

You will lead improvements, update policies and procedures, and support staff development while collaborating with the CEO and General Managers to elevate care quality.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in quality, compliance, clinical education or continuous improvement within aged care.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting positive change.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of quality, compliance and education initiatives across a medium sized residential aged care home and associated community care services.
• Strengthen systems, embed best practice and support the organisation through ongoing regulatory and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and staff development.
