Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to drive continuous improvement and support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards at our new 180-bed residential service. The role requires an RN with AHPRA registration and a solid background in aged care quality, governance and auditing.

The successful candidate will coordinate, educate and mentor clinical staff, working in a supportive environment with opportunities nationwide for upskilling.

Qualifications

• RN registration (AHPRA) mandatory.
• At least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality role.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, auditing and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement within the service.
• Support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Coordinate, educate and mentor clinical staff.
• Assist in learning new systems and technologies.
