Bupa Aged Care is seeking a Quality Education Manager to lead and coach a care home team in delivering high-quality, compliant care. You will focus on educating staff, improving practice, and driving continuous improvement across governance and standards.

You will empower teams to grow, mentor, and shape best practices, ensuring residents receive exceptional clinical care with strong documentation and compliance across all processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with APHRA registration is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and delegation skills are required.
• Proven leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management are needed.
• Experience in quality improvement and care standards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality-focused leadership and coaching to ensure care meets outcomes.
• Develop team knowledge regarding Aged Care Quality Standards and scope of practice.
• Maintain PCI with leadership team and analyze Quality Indicator Reports.
• Ensure timely submission and analysis of NQIP data with documented improvements.
• Coordinate monthly care home audits within the operations program.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with policy and privacy.
