Job summary

Townsville Hospital and Health Service invites applications for a role supporting Commonwealth-funded Aged Care programs. You will coordinate reporting, information systems and data quality, ensuring compliance and producing robust program documentation.

You will advise OPCS Line Managers with high-level analysis and policy interpretation, enabling accurate reporting and continuous improvement across the service.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Aged Care Programs is highly desirable (Commonwealth Home Support Program, Single Assessment System, Transition Care Program, Support at Home).
• Project management / Quality Improvement knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
• Possession of a C-class motor vehicle licence may be required.
• Aged Care Pre-Employment Screening: current National Police Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program reporting, information systems and data quality to support OPCS line managers.
• Ensure compliance activities and development of program documentation.
• Provide guidance to administrative staff and contribute to governance and service quality outcomes.
