Job summary

Barwon Health is seeking a Registered Nurse with aged care experience to monitor and manage funding and compliance across Residential Aged Care and Transition Care programs. You will coordinate funding systems, audits and mandatory training while maintaining high standards of patient information management.

The role requires AHPRA registration, current NDIS screening, and a valid driver’s licence, with a focus on quality improvement and regulatory obligations within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration required.
• Experience in aged care settings and regulatory reporting is essential.
• Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Current driver’s licence and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aged care funding systems and assessments to maximise funding.
• Lead audits, QIP data collection, care evaluations and mandatory training compliance.
• Monitor and report on restrictive practices, NDIS requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain accurate patient information management and support quality improvement initiatives.
