Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a Community Aged Care Manager to lead Commonwealth-funded community aged care services and the Transitional Aged Care Program Team. The role is based in Sydney, Mon–Fri, with a focus on safe, high-quality service delivery and strategic leadership.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, develop strategic direction in collaboration with senior leaders, and ensure services meet program guidelines and organisational values within a supportive leadership

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary health teams.
• Strong understanding of Commonwealth-funded community aged care programs.
• Experience managing budgets, workforce and performance within program guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective operational management of a multidisciplinary team including rostering, leave management, supervision and performance development.
• Develop and communicate strategic direction for Commonwealth-funded community aged care services aligned to CHCK’s vision and values.
• Ensure delivery of values-based health care in alignment with program guidelines.
