Job summary

Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a Community Aged Care Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver Commonwealth funded aged care programs in a strategic, patient‑centred manner.

You will drive operational leadership, rostering, performance development and budget governance within CHCK’s values. The role is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position based in Sydney, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing community or health service programs including budgets, workforce and KPIs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating work activities.
• Ability to develop strategic direction for Commonwealth funded community aged care programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management of a multidisciplinary team including rostering, leave management and supervision.
• Develop and communicate strategic direction for community aged care services aligned to CHCK’s vision and values.
• Ensure delivery of Commonwealth funded programs in line with guidelines and program outcomes.
