Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Precinct Manager for Mercy Place Colac, a 107-bed Residential Aged Care Home and 29 Seniors Living Units. You will lead the Residential Aged Care and Seniors Living Teams, support accreditation standards, and drive a culture of safety, communication and continuous improvement.

This permanent, full-time role offers opportunities to liaise with stakeholders, manage budgets and occupancy, and shape person-centred care in collaboration with allied health and hospitality

Qualifications

Experience leading large aged care teams (100+ beds).
Ability to coach, develop and retain staff with change management.
Knowledge of accreditation standards and person‑centred care.

Responsibilities

Lead the Residential Aged Care and Seniors Living Teams.
Liaise with allied health, hospitality, lifestyle and community services.
Ensure budgets, occupancy, compliance and accreditation standards.
Promote a safe, positive workplace with continuous improvement.
