Meath Care (Inc) is a Not-for-Profit Aged Care Service Provider operating across multiple locations within the Perth Metro Area. We value partnerships with residents and provide holistic care.

We are seeking Care Partners with Certificate III in Aged Care and experience in aged care to join our supportive team. Applicants must have dementia knowledge, be adaptable, and hold Australian working rights with a current Police Clearance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aged care is essential.
• Understanding of dementia and mental health is essential.
• Outgoing and friendly personality is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Skills to be adaptable to residents’ needs.
• National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with working rights in Australia are essential.
• Covid vaccination and current Flu vaccination are essential.
