Job summary

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking caring and dedicated carers to join our aged care home. You will provide daily living support, companionship and assistance with medications to enhance residents’ independence and overall wellbeing.

Experience in aged or community care is valued; Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent is preferred. This role offers a supportive team, great benefits, and opportunities to grow within the organisation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care, companionship and emotional support to residents to help maintain independence and quality of life.
• Assist with daily living activities: showering, hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Support with medication and simple wound dressings.
• Encourage participation in community-based recreational and social activities.
