Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Griffith is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support clients at home across the Murrumbidgee/Griffith region. The role focuses on assessments and interventions that promote independence, mobility and confidence for older Australians receiving home care services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
• Experience assessing OT needs and creating home care programs for aged care clients
• Post-graduate experience in aged care, rehab or community settings
• Understanding of reablement and restorative care models
• Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
