BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our NSW home care team. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to older adults living at home, focusing on reablement and restorative care to maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration.
• Experience assessing OT needs and developing programs for aged care clients.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care services, rehab or community settings.
• Understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong written and verbal communication; computer literacy.
• Current first aid or willingness to obtain, valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities
