Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to strengthen our home care team in the Murrumbidgee/Griffith area. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to older clients under aged care funding programs, emphasising reablement and restorative care to help clients stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience assessing OT needs and developing programs for aged care clients.
• Post-graduate experience in diverse aged care settings including rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT assessments and interventions in the community.
• Support independent living at home for older Australians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Focus on reablement and restorative care to improve mobility and confidence.
