Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based assessments and interventions for older Australians in Griffith and surrounding areas. You will work within a Well-Living framework to promote independence and confidence, using evidence-based practice and client-centered approaches.

You will join a supportive team that values quality care, professional development, and collaborative practice across multidisciplinary colleagues in community settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
• Ability to assess OT needs and develop individualized home-care programs.
• Experience across aged care services, rehabilitation, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based OT assessments and interventions for aged care clients.
• Focus on reablement and restorative care to support independence at home.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise client outcomes.
