Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience assessing OT needs and developing programs for aged care clients in the community.
• Post graduate experience across aged care, rehabilitation and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based OT assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to support independence and home living.
• Utilise Well-Living approach to empower clients and improve quality of life.
