NDIS clearance and Australian working rights are mandatory; hospitality experience and strong communication are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• NDIS clearance mandatory.
• + Australian working rights mandatory.
• Hospitality or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion and empathy.
• Understanding of resident rights and aged care standards (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dietary services, including meals and drinks.
• Assist the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and kitchen duties.
• Distribute meals to residents and support dining room service.
• Clean resident rooms and the facility.
• Complete required documentation and reporting.
• Ensure handwashing supplies are available and replenished.
• Contribute to laundry services including item checking and labelling.
