Essity’s TENA Account Manager role drives growth across Residential Aged Care and Home Care in Australia. You’ll build trusted partnerships with facility managers, clinical teams, and distributors while delivering education and commercial value to providers and residents.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll manage a growing portfolio, win new business, and collaborate with Clinical Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to hit strategic objectives.

Formación

• Proven experience in account management or business development in healthcare.
• Strong relationships with facility managers, clinical teams, procurement stakeholders and distributors.
• CRM and data-driven approach to grow territory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow existing Residential Aged Care and Home Care customer accounts.
• Develop relationships with facility managers, clinical teams, procurement, distributors and service providers.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within your territory.
• Conduct customer reviews and support contract renewals and pricing discussions.
• Deliver product training, clinical education, and customer workshops.
• Identify opportunities to expand the adoption of TENA and broader Essity solutions across continence care, skincare, wound care and professional hygiene.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and territory growth plan.
