Job summary

Nestlé Health & Nutrition seeks an experienced Long-Term Care Key Account Manager to drive growth within Australia's aged care sector. You will lead key account strategies, build trusted customer partnerships, and deliver nutrition solutions that improve resident outcomes.

Reporting to the Institutional Senior Key Account Manager, you will manage major accounts, oversee contracts, and work cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Account Management in healthcare sectors.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop LTC channel strategies with key accounts.
Lead and implement customer plans to meet objectives.
Negotiate contracts and manage commercial agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Nestlé.
Travel interstate approximately once a month.
