Essity is seeking a proactive TENA Account Manager for Southeast Sydney, Canterbury Bankstown, South Coast & Snowy Monaro. You will grow a portfolio across Residential Aged Care and Home Care, building strong relationships with facility managers, clinicians, and distributors to expand product adoption.

You’ll lead education, manage a pipeline, and identify new business while collaborating with Clinical Support, Marketing, and Sales to achieve outcomes for residents and providers.

Qualificações

• Experience in account management, territory management, or business development in healthcare, aged care, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Commercial acumen with comfort discussing value, pricing and outcomes.
• Excellent presentation, education and training capabilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow existing Residential Aged Care and Home Care customer accounts.
• Develop relationships with facility managers, clinical teams, procurement stakeholders, distributors, and service providers.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within territory.
• Conduct customer reviews and support contract renewals and pricing discussions.
• Deliver product training, clinical education, and customer workshops.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption of TENA and Essity solutions across continence, skincare, wound care and hygiene.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and territory growth plan.
• Collaborate with Clinical Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to achieve business objectives.
