Head Medical is seeking a General Practitioner with a specialist interest in aged care to work in Melbourne, Australia. The role blends practice-based days with dedicated aged care days, offering a path toward more consolidated aged care work after 12 months.

• 3 days practice based 2 days working in aged care in Melbourne
• Commitment to high-quality care and Care Plans

Responsibilities

• Cover normal consultations, scripts, Care Plans and Dementia care with multidisciplinary support.
• See approximately 15–30 patients per day across 1–2 care homes per day.
• Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday with appointments arranged directly with facilities.
