Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer-centric culture in a B2C environment.
• Aged care sector experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong budget, profitability and resource management.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in large organisations.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and high-pressure situations.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive, engaged culture in the care home for all staff.
• Maintain a visible presence with team, residents and families on the floor.
• Ensure Aged Care Standards are embedded within the home.
• Diagnose and solve business problems using key insights to intervene quickly.
• Deliver required sales, occupancy and financial outcomes.
• Manage a high‑level aged care budget.
• Recruit, retain and develop the team with internal learning programs.
