• Experience leading a customer-centric culture in a health or aged care setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance in aged care.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to recruit, retain and develop leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, engaged culture across the home for staff, residents and families.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor to drive collaboration and improvements.
• Ensure Aged Care Standards are embedded and demonstrated in daily operations.
• Diagnose business challenges and implement timely interventions for growth and efficiency.
• Deliver sales, occupancy and financial outcomes while maintaining high care standards.
• Manage a high-level aged care budget and resources with accountability and transparency.
• Recruit, retain and develop your team using Bupa’s learning programs and succession planning.
