Bupa Kempsey, located on NSW's Mid North Coast, is a modern care home designed to help residents and our people connect with the outdoors and thrive. We are seeking a General Manager to lead a passionate team, set the culture, oversee operations, and champion the Bupa Model of Care.

You will partner with clinical leaders, drive financial performance, recruit and develop talent, optimise occupancy and resident satisfaction, and build strong relationships to deliver exceptional care and

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in residential aged care.
• Strong operational management and business acumen.
• Passion for empowering teams and delivering outstanding care.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
• Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Health Management or related field.
