Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in aged care or healthcare settings.
• Experience in managing operations and budgets.
• Ability to empower teams and deliver high-quality care.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence; postgraduate health management is desirable.
