Romsey Community Aged Care is recruiting an experienced Receptionist for a 6-month maternity leave coverage. The role includes front desk duties, phone enquiries, visitor management and basic admin support in a compassionate aged care setting.

Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays, 0800 to 1600, with emphasis on customer service and discreet communication with residents, families and staff. Previous aged care or healthcare exposure is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception and handling enquiries; aged care or healthcare desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for enquiries from residents, staff and families both in person and over the phone.
• Perform full front desk and administrative support and follow up tasks.
• Maintain accurate visitor records and coordinate with care team as needed.
