RSL LifeCare Limited Nowra is seeking a Facility Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care across our aged care home. You will oversee compliance, accreditation, and resident safety, while driving financial and workforce performance in line with Aged Care Standards.

A positive culture and continuous improvement are at the heart of the role. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in facility management within aged care, strong clinical leadership

Formación

3+ years Facility Management in aged care sector.
Proven clinical leadership and business acumen.
Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation.
Passion for resident wellbeing and quality improvement.
Commitment to staff development and safety.
