Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment in Sydney CBD NSW is helping a not-for-profit aged care provider recruit a Facility Manager based at a 20-bed regional NSW site in Orange. This is a step up from Care Manager with a platform into executive leadership, combining on-the-floor clinical duties with facility operations.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and funding streams, lead clinical and admin teams, manage budgets and drive quality improvement

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Manager in Residential aged care.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and funding streams such as AN-ACC.
• AHPRA Registration is required.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to compliance, safety and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential aged care facility.
