Qualifications

• Current Registration with AHPRA Nurses Registration.
• ACPC Foundations of Infection Prevention & Control Certificate (or equivalent).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of the Standards in Aged Care and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee residents' care, quality audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and support RNs & PCWs, including recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
• Develop and review care plans to reflect resident needs and improvements.
• Oversee Infection Control Program and monitor Quality Indicators & Care Program.
• Mentor and manage clinical staff performance, onboarding, and ongoing professional development and staff training initiatives.
• Participate in HR functions and staff development activities.
