Estia Health in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our aged care team. You will provide clinical care to residents, develop individual care plans, and ensure documentation meets AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.

You will lead and support Personal Care Workers, fostering a holistic, resident‑centered approach. A Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration are required, along with solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

• Must have Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged care is preferred.
• Strong documentation and computer skills are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical care to residents.
• Create and implement comprehensive care plans for new and existing residents.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation to meet AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote holistic resident care.
