Job summary

Trilogy Care is seeking multiple detail-oriented Compliance Officers to join our Operations team in Brisbane. You will verify supplier documentation and maintain compliance records to support government-funded aged care services, helping ensure client safety and high-quality care.

You will build relationships with suppliers, collaborate with internal teams, and use AI tools to streamline workflows, reporting, and data management.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, compliance, or customer service roles.
• Familiar with compliance checklists and processes.
• Strong data entry and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance checks on supplier documentation, credentials, and registrations.
• Maintain accurate compliance records to support payment processes.
• Communicate with suppliers to collect documentation and provide guidance on requirements.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers to encourage ongoing adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development and Quality, to resolve issues.
• Assist with investigations of incidents and complaints, gathering evidence and supporting corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance workflows and processes.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and data management.
