Talentpath Recruitment is seeking a Collections Officer in Brisbane to manage overdue accounts through phone-based outreach and negotiate payment plans. The role offers hybrid work with autonomy over workload and opportunities for growth within a mission-led aged care and community services provider.

The position supports team KPIs, with training provided to become proficient in systems and processes, and may involve occasional interstate travel. Local site visits are expected as required.

Formación

• Experience in collections, contact centre, customer service, or similar phone-based roles.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and maintaining composure with upset callers.
• Empathetic, patient approach with focus on respectful resolutions.

Responsabilidades

• Make consistent outbound calls to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Document outcomes clearly in the system and maintain accurate debtor files.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and validate charges.
