St Vincent’s Care Services in Carseldine, Brisbane, is seeking a passionate Chef to join our kitchen team delivering nutritious, multi-course meals for residents. You will help design diverse menus and lead daily production with kitchenhands, ensuring high-quality dining experiences in a supportive aged‑care environment.

The role is permanent part-time with opportunities to contribute ideas for menus and improve food safety, while aligning with our values and standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Commercial cooking or Chef.
• Experience with volume cooking in healthcare environments.
• Understanding and compliance with food safety hygiene standards.
• Ability to lead day-to-day production with kitchenhands and ensure smooth kitchen operation.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Willing to apply for a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (essential).
• Willing to apply for a NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential).
