• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities to enhance quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records of care plans and health status changes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to foster trusted relationships.
