Task & responsibilities Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning tasks.

Accompany clients to appointments and social activities to enhance their quality of life. Maintain accurate records of client care plans, progress notes, and any changes in health status. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs.

Provide emotional support and companionship to clients to foster trustful relationships. Qualification & experience Qualifications: Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent qualification. Certification in a relevant field such as nursing assistant or home health aide is preferred.

Previous experience working with individuals requiring personal care is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player when required.
