Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Carseldine in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Leisure and Lifestyle Officer to join our dedicated team. You will help residents stay engaged, connected and active through a range of activities tailored to their interests, while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

You will work closely with the Lifestyle Team to develop and deliver leisure programs, including for residents living with dementia, ensuring care plans are followed within

Qualifications

• Experience in an aged care environment delivering leisure and lifestyle programs.
• Ability to create meaningful experiences for residents and families.
• Willingness to obtain Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening.
