CMV Truck & Bus is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Consultant to drive the sale of aftermarket products and manage service contracts, delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery and beyond.

You will collaborate with Sales and Service teams to maximise opportunities, build lasting relationships and contribute to dealership success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, aftermarket, retail or B2B sales.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Current driver's licence is essential.
• Heavy vehicle licence is advantageous.

About the Role

As an Aftermarket Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for driving the sale of aftermarket products while delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery and beyond. You will also be managing the service contracts of our customers.

You'll work closely with Sales and Service teams to maximise opportunities, build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of the dealership.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in automotive, aftermarket, retail or business-to-business sales
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
• Current driver's licence (essential)
• Heavy vehicle licence (advantageous but not essential)
