Job summary

CMV Truck & Bus Derrimut, a flagship CMV Truck & Bus dealership, seeks an Aftersales Representative to grow parts, service, maintenance and contract sales across the territory. You will identify opportunities, understand customer needs and connect them with solutions to maximise vehicle uptime and business performance.

This role blends relationship management, business development and account management in a fast-paced environment, with a fully maintained company vehicle and autonomous

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote and sell service, parts, repairs and maintenance solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities and grow market share within your region.

About the Role

As our Aftersales Representative, you will be the face of CMV Truck & Bus to customers across your territory. Your focus will be to grow parts, service, maintenance and contract sales while building strong, long-term customer partnerships. You'll identify opportunities, understand customer needs and connect customers with the right solutions to maximise vehicle uptime and business performance.

This role combines relationship management, business development and account management in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote and sell service, parts, repairs and maintenance solutions
• Identify sales opportunities and grow market share within your region
• Build strategic account plans and proactively manage customer accounts
• Work closely with Service, Parts and Sales teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Generate and follow up customer leads
• Maintain customer information and sales pipelines using Salesforce
• Promote connected vehicle services and uptime solutions
• Support customers in maximising vehicle performance and operational efficiency
• Achieve sales and profitability targets through proactive customer engagement

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience in B2B sales, account management or customer relationship management
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
• A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Heavy Vehicle Licence highly regarded)

Highly Desirable

• Experience in the heavy vehicle, automotive, transport or related industries
• Knowledge of service operations, parts sales or fleet maintenance

Experience managing commercial customer accounts
