Job summary

CHEP Australia in Wodonga is seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead a production team, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery during the 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm shift.

You’ll coach and develop staff, drive continuous improvement, plan resources, and foster open communication across the shift while embracing new technologies and a collaborative culture. This is a full-time role at a regional site with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or operations.
• A passion for people leadership—you know how to bring out the best in others.
• Confidence in managing performance and resolving challenges constructively.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Experience in a unionised environment is a plus, but not essential.
