Job summary

CHEP Australia is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our Eastern Creek site in NSW. The role runs Day shift (5:30am–2:00pm) in a full-time capacity, focusing on safe, inclusive leadership and operational excellence to meet production goals.

You will coach and develop the team, drive continuous improvement in safety and quality, and champion adoption of new technologies within a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or operations.
• Strong people leadership to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to manage performance and resolve challenges constructively.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Certificate IV or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a unionised environment is a plus, but not essential.
