Job summary

CRL Express Pty is hiring for a PM Supervisor role focused on linehaul loading operations across interstate and local fleets. You will supervise a small team, ensure safety and compliance, and drive efficient loading/unloading processes while maintaining accurate documentation and images for records.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Linehaul Loading Operations experience, understands Mass Management and Load Restraint Guidelines, and demonstrates a proactive, energetic approach within

Responsibilities

• Conduct efficient loading/unloading of interstate linehaul.
• Verify consignments, weights, and destination labels; document accuracy.
• Handle local PUD fleet loading/unloading efficiently.
• Complete linehaul load forms and damage reports with photos.
• Maintain organisational service standards and safety compliance.
• Sign off Runsheets with accurate hours and pallet exchanges.
• Lead by example on safety and compliance, supervising staff.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instruction

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Conduct efficient and effective loading/unloading of interstate linehaul
• Verify, document, and check the accuracy of consignments, weights, and destination labels (State/Onforwarding, etc)
• Conduct efficient and effective loading/unloading of local PUD fleet
• Complete required forms; linehaul load, photograph interstate loads, and document damages via the damage report form
• Ensure organisational service standards are maintained
• Sign off driver Runsheet's (ensuring that correct information is listed, Pod's returned signed and dated, hours listed are accurate and pallets have been exchanged)
• Lead by example on all safety and compliance standards
• Supervise staff to ensure they complete all duties to company standard
