Job summary

Korvest Ltd in Kilburn, South Australia, is seeking a Manufacturing/Fabrication Supervisor for the Afternoon Shift. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise manufacturing staff and contractors, ensure pre-start checklists are completed, and drive productivity while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards.

You will lead a team, coach and develop staff, manage performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of HSEQ requirements.
• Strict adherence to safety and PPE requirements.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve.
• Ability to lead and manage a team and demonstrated people skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of manufacturing staff and contractors.
• Ensure completion of pre-start checklists and processes.
• Coach, develop, delegate and recognise team members to meet productivity goals.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure safety, quality, health and environmental standards.
• Communicate across all levels of the business and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
